Ecologis is a plastic recycling specialist established in July 2009 to cater for the UK’s plastics recycling issues. Government legislation created a problem with accumulating waste plastic in both large and small companies alike, costing valuable space, time and money.

 

With a desire to solve these problems Ecologis aim to identify plastics and form a continuing solution for its customers all over the UK.

 

Since its inception Ecologis has grown from just 4 initial staff to over 200 and is now one of the fastest growing businesses in the country. We pride ourselves with on-going staff training and education, good customer relations and constantly finding suitable outlet solutions to our ever changing waste streams. Currently 98.4% of materials handled by Ecologis are recycled.

 

With outstanding national logistics and a dedicated team of professionals in the recycling industry we have gone from strength to strength. By 2010 we expanded our operation and move to new premises of 121,000 sq ft. Building our capacity to divert plastic from landfill all over Europe.
